I picked up this used Bosch MUM 60 40 70 and it's been a workhorse. With 700W and 3 speeds, it handles dough and shredding without bogging down. The 5L capacity is generous for big batches. It's a standalone mixer, not a typical food processor, so the attachment system may be different than what you're used to. It's also heavy at 14 lbs, so storing it takes thought. Being used, it came with some wear, but at $120 it's a solid value for a German-made machine. Keep in mind it has only 3 speeds, not infinitely variable.
